Ugh! Sorry to read that, FatCat ... perhaps a thorough detail will take care of it? I am a butterfingers, so only water is allowed in my cars. Otherwise I can only imagine the smells and stains that would be there forever!

No Food No Drink allowed in the car. I never allowed water but I had to break that rule myself lol since I got thirsty

Yep, nothing but screw top containers in my car. Tough break putting coffee cup in door holder.

I think I have come to realize I am a moderate when it comes top my Hellcat.
    • No real mods - changed for black lugs, sill guards.... Nothing crazy
    • I have fun at stoplights and back roads, but am terrified of being that Hellcat on YouTube if I go to the strip. Or even worse, putting into the wall and not having insurance cover it.
    • I like to think I pamper my car, but I still drive it. I actually got caught in the rain once. Shocking, but it did not melt!
    • I have a whole 4,000 miles in the first year! Wish I had more time to drive it, but in the NE my months are limited and I have a 120 mile daily commute around NYC. I would be on my third set of wheels, and 4-5 windshield.
    • While I would love to keep all food, drink and dust out of the car, I can not fugure out how. My 14 YO and I are doing about 2,000 miles this summer to the Dream Cruise and back. How do you now eat anything in the car on a road trip? That is part of the fun.
Anyway, it is nice to realize I am average, compared to other owners of a 707 HP Car.

My wife, given enough chances, has spilled Diet Coke, even if a small amount, in every vehicle we have ever owned. She will never be allowed to drink anything but water in the Cat. And even that is in doubt, because who knows where she will spill it.

Our younger daughter inherited it from her. For her 21st birthday, her friends gave her a sippy cup to drink out of.

I found a great invention for such an occasion. Their these 9"x9" square things made out of a special cloth from the terry tree. Keep a few clean ones in arm's length and problem solved.

Sorry to read that. At least you were man enough to admit you might have made a mistake, which will help others from making the same one. I'll bet in a little time, you'll forget about it(hopefully).

Good reason to take your coffee black. Face it, your car could smell far worse than Starbucks. But aged cream and sugar... no thanks.

One time, my younger daughter spilled a whole milk shake under the back seat of one of our suv's. I had to pull the seat out and pull back the carpet, etc. to clean everything. Festering dairy products are "no Bueno"!

The door bottle holders are the dumbest thing yet. My 09 SRT had useful storage bins in the door that would at least hold a small umbrella. 2015 door storage is useless.
