Congrats and welcome to the forum.

Daily Driver all year long. 27k+ miles.

Old school here. Liquid Glass. Easy on, easy off. Three coats (UV cure) to start. Two in spring, one mid summer, two in the fall. Beads water all year long...rain or snow even holds up against winter chemicals.

No wax is paint shop safe. Use a paint sealant. Wax evaporates in the sun (at most it lasts 2 months). It takes more time, 2 coats of sealant, waiting a day between each application for it to cure, then if you want you can put wax on top.

    Zaino Bros

    Zaino Store

Used this exclusively on my vehicles over the years. My Impala SS was a show vehicle.

Zaino is great stuff. Been using it for 15 years and havent found any better. In my old age I went with Cquarz finest on my HC and Ceramic Pro on my daily driver Subaru. Still doing the BMWs with Zaino though.

Zanio!!!! Best stuff I've ever used. No white powder residue anywhere.... The only sealant I know of that you can actually layer and with each layer it will add more depth!!!! Here is a pic of my 08 Corvette that was done with Zaino...

I used to use Mothers Pure Carnauba liquid or paste wax on my 1995 DCM Impala SS. I ordered my car new and had it for almost 18 years and still got $25,000 for it!!! I still have the original Window Sticker which has it listed as sold for $22,910 so I'd say I did pretty damn good on the resale!!! Keep in mind that it only had 15k miles on it plus many mods including a forged 383 stroker motor built from the original block along with a set of Arizona Speed & Marine Heads with a zz3 Cam,52 MM TB,Ram Air C.A.Induction, MSD High Output Coil & Wires. Aluminum driveshaft, 373 Motive gears and a set of Jet-Coated SLP Headers with high flow cats and a Borla Cat-Back exhaust. The tires were still original when I sold it too!!! Today, on my 2016 Challenger Hellcat I've been using (Turtlewax Ice) which does a great job with a nice shine and protection against the elements but this car will never see rain or snow!!!
