if you guys were going to choose one of these what would you choose for the most throaty deep sound?

I would keep it stock and just remove the mid mufflers. Cheaper ($70-150), and sounds better. Exhaust changes on the Hellcat are for sound; no performance gain.

Stock is already set up to flow pretty well to include the active exhaust valve. The Hellcat comes set up as a high performance vehicle. Most vendor's info is based on a non-performance setup which the Hellcat certain not. The normal things that come to mind for potential upgrades are going to get you much if anything at all.

Take the other post advise...if you want it louder, then delete the mid-unit.

If you are planning a bunch of upgrades; pullies, DS, tune, etc then your tuner might have some suggestions on exhaust upgrades.

Third times a charm with bigdawg. Best and cheapest option hands down.

How's the s-type compare sound wise to the mid muffler delete and stock? I'm stock right now but my friend has the scatpack with a delete and i dont really like it too much. I want it louder but with deepness to it. The mid muffler (at least on his) sounds way to high pitched and whiney.

Call me crazy but I think they got it right stock-I just came out of a manual SRT8 with the Mopar exhaust aka Corsa Sport. Everyone that rode in the car said it was great-the kids could hear me coming to pick them up and called it "the roar of the plum". This thing is definitely louder and just on the edge of drone at lower rpm under load-of course when I was 18 I liked open headers and still kinda do at the track-the mid delete sounds too raspy to me and takes some of the deep tone away. If your modding for power way above stock maybe they are a potential bottleneck but otherwise different strokes for different folks.

Putting Zoomers on both of mine ... it's amazing sounding and keeps that muscle car feeling.
