A 5.7 m6 Challenger with snow tires. This is the first time I will be using this type car for winter. Should be interesting and fun. Sort of like back when not everyone had 4wd SUVs and still made it through snow season.

Make sure you rainx your windows including edges and all window & door seals.
And carry a credit type card to release frozen lower outside window /door seal transitions.
    These will stick for sure!
    That's what I Do...

Our Hellcat unless it is raining. lol we don't get much snow in lower Tn.
But if it is bad weather we drive the Tundra even in the summer.

There is a reason they only built a thousand of those dragon wagons.... ;)

My winter ride is one of two jeep Rubi 2 doors. A 2006 or a 2014.

Although I've been driving a 2014 Grand Cherokee with OEM Goodyear Forteras (effectively) the past 2 winters, I decided to enjoy the SRT experience year round a few months ago. My new (2015) Grand Cherokee SRT is due to be delivered any time (I think a Laguna leather issue has pushed back the mid November delivery date into December). I already have another set of OEM wheels with Blizzak DM-V2 winter tires mounted on them that the dealer will mount before I take delivery. I hope that they will provide the extra grip needed to offset the extra torque and HP. (2016 orders not even opened up yet but I don't think there are any major differences except for the Trackhawk (Hellcat) edition.)

All joking aside, when the weather does try to get a little scrappy during the short cold season here in Texas, I just drive the car my wife has. It's a 2015 Chrysler 200c. It gets around pretty good in short snow and ice. All wheel drive and 3.6 liter engine. 20141130_074548.jpg 20141130_074458.jpg

I'm a man, and as such, I learned how to drive properly in the winter. Also, I was taught not to baby a car unless it was somehow an investment grade car, which the Hellcat is not.

So, the Hellcat is a daily driver, even in the winter. When you learn how to take care of your cars, you don't have to worry about corrosion just because you drive in the rain, or on winter roads.
