Someone called me from our club and asked me if he installed a tuner package to unlock SRT pages (if even possible). I called someone and they told me without hesitation YES

    Sill plates? :)
That's a good question though. I've changed drive shafts so guessing any rear end or half shaft problem would not covered. Maybe even a trany problem? Putting the original shaft back in place before it makes it to the dealer is a possibility.

Modification by its definition is a change from the factory condition; any change will not be covered by the warranty.

If you are worried about warranty work you have to pay for........... then if it was me I would stick to cosmetics only and forget trying to go faster. But what fun would that be?
You have to PAY to PLAY

The active exhaust valves are before the aftermarket exhaust system

With a cat back you must deal with the active exhaust valves in some fashion

Has any one done the muffler delete and the magnaflow axle back at the same time?

Strut brace (front & rear), catch cans, engine dress, cold air intake (if someone makes one that doesn't hurt performance)....those should be fine.

Better tires would likely be the best upgrade, but I'm no closer to finding out what a unilateral upgrade would be over stock because no one seems to know.

If you want to tune, change pulley and have a tune, you better be on great terms with the folks at SRT service or they can send you packing.

707+ HP is a LOT, easily able to exceed the grip and dynamics of the chassis/tires. A LOT of dedicated sports cars cannot run with a Hellcat and it does in fact have some supercar numbers under the belt. And the bloody thing is comfortable and a great daily driver for the family. Life is good!

I'll likely leave the power alone. I was dang-happy with the 2015 SRT 392 power, so this will be otherworldly.

That would leave only the cats for a "muffler". Might be annoying after a while.

Practically, I would think it's an either-or. But you might want super-loud.

The only way you can void your warranty on the car is if the manufacturer is able to prove that your modification caused the problem. So as far as my limited understanding goes, certain mods have "less risk" of causing problems than others. Cat-backs, cold air intake, oil catch can - lower risk. new pulley's, tuning the car - higher risk. So it's all about your risk tolerance.

For me, I'm going to make some changes to the car (2.87 pulley, Aluminum Driveshaft,Tune etc) but I'm going try and keep it in the daily drivability range. This will most-likely void the warranty but what I'm doing to the car I see as fairly low risk for what it can handle.

I'm also going to start with "safer" changes first and work my way up (new DS and drag radials first) I also drive mine every day and am hoping vet out manufacturer issues that might already be there before I do all of my mods.

When I purchased my Hellcat, it was my intention to keep it for quite a few years, so I purchased the extender warranty. Thus, all my mods must allow full coverage or I wasted the extended warranty money, much like I did on my heavily modded Magnum
