I'm currently running this when I drive on the street:

Track Suspension (I'll sometimes shift back to sport if the road is bad, because track really makes you feel every. single. rut.), Sport Transmission, Paddles On, Street Traction (Although lately I've been cycling through the modes trying to suss out the differences). And red key, obviously. :)

How about you all? What's your most common driving mode?

    On the street:
    Suspension: Sport
    Tranny: Sport
Traction: street, but don't matter Sport tranny changes it.
Paddles and 700+ have to be on.

But when you are in traffic, just hit Default and it mellows everything down quick. When traveling and don't care, default and ECO, with A/C and stereo.

Road racing: Track Mode full auto

Drag racing: Track Tranny, Street Suspension, traction control by Track Tranny unless you want to press and get Sport or hold and have none at all.

I daily drive mine (with the red key) in ECO mode most of the time... 18+ mpg's over 3,500 miles. It makes for a comfortable ride and actually increases the amount of whine from the blower. Still plenty of passing power when you floor it.

Honestly eco is kind of nice. Its not so hair triggered. The throttle feels kind of like a normal car, which is nice for heavy traffic. Sometimes track transmission just hits too hard for normal daily driving in town.

With the A8, my daily is a custom with horsepower at 700+, transmission in track mode, paddles off and traction and suspension in street. This gives me the power and shifts that I want but doesn't rattle my teeth over bumps.

Sorry about this slight hijack but is traction control set on Track more TC or less than Sport?

I run 700 hp , track tranny , paddles , traction Sport , suspension Street

Track TC will prevent you from spinning more. Sport is the loosest. Besides tc full off that you can do when you hold your tc button in for about 7 seconds. It goes street, track, sport, full off.
