So I was going to set up my first dyno before my first oil change and when I told the guy I had a Hellcat he said that he had one in before and they couldn't get the car to stop from engaging traction control. So my question is what setting do you need to do so the car won't engage the traction control and you can get a good reading from the dyno? The guy even said they had it in track mode with the traction control turned off and it would only show 400+HP. Thanks for the help everyone I don't want to go waste money if I don't have the car set up properly.

There are several threads on here about this. I believe you hold the TC button in for like 10 seconds to get it to go completely off...sorry I'm still waiting on my cat or I'd know for sure. Just search the forums to confirm.

The way I read it is to push and hold the ESC button for five seconds to get the ESC full off mode.

Hemibuck I'm reading it on one of the manuals the dealership gave me it's a small white booklet titled "Drive Mode Supplement" on page 57 if you have it.

We did not pull the fuse and got a killer dyno.

Track mode was the best, we tried all three modes, push the traction control button until it CHIMES that is 6-10 seconds AFTER selecting your mode.

If you go to the SRT page like in the pic below hold down the ESC button while trans is in park !! And wait for the chime (5-10 sec) then look at the Traction on your screen it should say "OFF" but remember if you turn off your car you have to do it again.

●First of all don't forget your red key
    ●Track mode
●holding TC button for secongs till you see it's completely off ..that will appear in the small screen between speed gauge and RPM gauge.
●if the gear is auto...put it in (M) so the RPM could go more than 6000...it will hit around 6125
●don't full the tank with gasoline...quarter is enough
●let the supercharger be cool before starting the dyno...usually the test will be on the 5th gear if it's auto.
    ●finally,don't forget your go pro
