I bought my 15 Hellcat a week ago, I don't know the production date or number, where is that located?
My main concern is the stereo sounds bad when using sirrius satellite radio but sounds great when bluetoothed to my phone music.
Also the SRT performance pages are so slow, and the page that shows the "engine' torque, horsepower and vacuum and boost only works about half the time I try to get on it, its a bummer trying to show it off, its the coolest page then the horsepower and torque numbers don't come up just two dashes like this. --
And what is the radiator hose deal?
I need to make an appointment for Tuesday for an oil change and I was hoping to persuade the dealer to install any and all flash or download type updates for the car and perform a cooling system update if its available

I'm sure these have been discussed before but if I could get a little help I would be thankfull, I wont have another chance to get to the dealer for service for quite a long time.

When you go to the dealer they will be able to check all updates it has or doesn't have... do them all. The performance pages will load slow but once they are up they should work fine... if not then you have another issue.

    Thanks Hemi Rocket,
I'll talk to them about the engine performance page not working sometimes.

Make Sure To Get The Front Bumper/Bottom Grill Transition Checked For Tiny Gaps,Pushed Paint.
Pretty Sure It Will Lead To A NHTSA Recall Eventually.

    whats a NHTSA?
This is what I'm talking about, there seems to be a bunch of these updates or recall type items, a permanent sticky thread on Hellcat.org with just the updates and when they were sent out would be very helpful

updates will be done automatically when you visit the dealership--bulletins are separate from updates/recalls, but are internal sourcing for dealerships and the manufacturer to follow product in the field.

Sorry I Was Joking About The Above!
There Are Probably Allot Of Technical Bulletins,You Can Get Your Dealer Your VIN And To To Print You A List,And You can Decide Weather You Want It Done Or Not! If It Aint Broke Don't Fix It,Some Flashes Cause Other Issues,SO If You Aren't Experiencing The Issue Don't Bother.
    -Radio Amp Replace/Flash Is One
    -A8 Trans Flash
    -PCM Engine Flash
    -Radiator Check Crimps/Add Clamp
These Are From Memory While Keeping Up & Reading On The Forum,I Have No car Yet...
    Delve In Here,
Look AT Hellcat Problem/Issues/WIKI Thread They Are In There,Some Not A Bunch Of Detail,
    But Are There.

    thanks farawayfromhere,
    that's good advice,
a list of available upgrades would be beneficial especially if it was updated on a regular basis.

Updates are usually done when it's brought in for service automatically. The software should recommend the update or the service adviser should know. The software update that may improve your sound quality can be done yourself via the flash drive but you can always be done by your dealer, for free. Bring it in specifically for that OR download it off uconnect's website.

Someone else posted on a similar thread that the update flash for the Harman Cardin amp can only be done at the dealer there are other updates available from you connect but the amp is different . Is this true?

How do I word these concerns to the service manager?
I spoke to him on the phone today and told him about my stereo and he didn't seem like he knew what was up with it, I'm sure they have tons of cars to work on and tons of updates that come in.
How can I get them to do the amplifier fix?
What about the coolant hose deal? will the dealer do this as preventative maintenance or only if the car starts to leak?

If you go to drivesrt.com and under owner section register your HC, it will show you maintenance records FCA has and any open recalls, etc. It will also provide vehicle status being reported thru Uconnect
