My kid wants a new car a laser blue Dart. She is a great kid no trouble yet scored a 34 or of 36 on here SAT test.

My only problem is she has a 13 Dart now with 25,000 miles. 2 new cars in 2 years image.jpg

Simple answer. Tell her to pay for it if she wants it. Good behavior or not; pay your way through life.

    Good kids and bad kids...
I have both, lol. I just bought the good one a new Cherokee. Straight A's in college and a full academic scholarship. Figured he deserved a reward.

If your kid gets you off the hook for paying for education, then by all means, use those education funds on something else; i.e. a new Cherokee :)

My old man saved up for my college, I ended up on a full ride academic scholarship and then tried to pay for my own wedding (which I did) but the old bastard gave me everything he had saved for my college for a wedding gift which essentially paid for the wedding.....I love that guy and hope I can be 1/2 the dad he was.

Good job other dads in this thread. Way to go.
