Oh that's a hard one,, Im going to Say RS
RS knew first! And he was more detailed. If you call the SRT line they assign a person to your car, you get their phone number and email address, and they email you when anything changes. RS always got me an answer first and had more info then I got in the email.

RS got me info immediately, but my dealer was great as well. Towards the end...the delivery date was pushed back twice, then arrived 2 days early.
It was reassuring to have two sources of information...

Well from my recent Experience, I was notified by a friend at the factory first, then when asking for specific details RS was the most accurate, followed by the SRT helpline.... Next the build sheet and window stickers posted. The dealer was the last place to get the updates in their computers. It wasn't until the car was shipped and entered into the US that the dealer was able to see any of the updates. Also, I recommend anyone that gets super updates from RS, donate to him for his time and attention for the updates supporting our love of the cars. Hope this helps.
I found the SRT chat line very informative.
RS let me know, then I took his info and contacted my salesman and he was like wow how did you know that? then the dealer ( since I knew what was going on) kept in regular contact with me.
So big THANKS TO RS! ( he missed my delivery day by only 1 day)
SRT at that time was useless sorry to report this but it is a fact. I hope they got things fixed.
Man, I truly love the car... The whole package, the color, the tech, the perf pages, the power, ease of use, back up camera, everything!
The car has truly exceeded my expectations and my son loves it.
Only negatives are the Uconnect is hit or miss with some of the Bluetooth connectivity, texts, hands free features. It all works, just doesn't connect as fast as I'd like at times. I have the latest version and no upgrades available. Spotify works better than Pandora for some reason?
The other negative I have is constantly breaking the speed limit.... It's gonna get me in trouble ... Just a matter of time.
I drive it every chance I get. I'm excited to go to work in the mornings again....ha!
RS posted on a Saturday evening,I immediately sent a text to my salesman and he had no confirmation until Monday morning when his system updated.
Agree.... same here. RS said I went D1 on Sat 5/2, but my dealer didn't see it till M 5/4. Maybe a weekend thing.
SRT told me wrong conflicting info Everytime so I wouldn't even trust that. They had a build date of beginning of month then the next time I called it was the end of the month and the car was already built!!
I gotta say....
ANSWER 2 and 3: my dealer actually told me first when I was assigned a VIN. RS at first let me know the build date, and predicted my car to arrive at the dealer 8/12, then on 7/31....I got it 7/31!
