It has been a while since I have seen a wheel balance concern brought up on the forum. When I got my HC in mid June, I noticed a slight shimmy/vibration coming from the front end at speeds between 71 and 80 mph. Dealer took it out and didn't notice it, but I swear I could. Dealer did a road force balance on it this morning. Right front tire was off 1/4 once in balance. Problem solved. Came this way from the factory and covered under warranty....just an FYI;)

How many miles did you have on it? I have a vibration also. Have about 1700 miles now.

First noticed it right after delivery...less than 500 miles/first 2 weeks. Went back for an oil change last week at 2800 miles. Was going to have balancing done then, but their road force balancing machine was down for calibration service. I am at 3000 miles now. No vibration up to 70 MPH and none after 80MPH, just between 71 and 80. I had heard...several months ago...that some forum members were having similar concerns. Perhaps a balancing issue at the factory. It is perfect now...problem solved!!

Thanks. I will be hitting up my dealer soon also. Just didn't want to have to pay to balance wheels that are clearly out of balance from the factory.

Yep i'm getting vibrations at 70-80 > 100mph so im going to go get them balanced, if the dealer doesn't cover it o well. I've been doing 160-170mph pulls so that probably has something to do with it

Just make sure your dealer is aware of the problem ASAP. I let mine know within 2 weeks of delivery and it just took this long to get "er done.

If the road force balancing hasn't worked, perhaps it could be an issue with one of the tires...out of round perhaps?

Side note the all season p Nero get flat spots the fastest and need to be driven to warm up to round it back in place

Just trash them and switch to Cooper rs3s you be very happy

And it's my birthday beaches :)))))))))

I took mine in this morning on this issue. Was having it at 52-60 roughly. Of course they couldn't reproduce it but balanced anyway. They put 1/4 oz. on one of the fronts and actually had to dismount the tire from the rim and spin it a bit to get everything straight. This was done with a road force balancer. I haven't driven it home on the road I usually feel it (because it's smooth, not because it's bumpy) to see if that fixed it.

    Hopefully it's problem solved.

If it's Pirelli all season don't bother it's the shitty tire for the lovely hellcat rim they don't match up

No, I didn't mess with those. These are the summer tires. My cat's not going out in the winter.
