Ok so I ran AMS oil in my 2014 F150 Eco Boost and in my 2015 Dart for roughly 6K miles each (80% highway miles). The oil was black as coal in booth rides. When I mean black I mean sludge black. I took both rides in to my local lube shop and had them flush both engines. I couldn't believe how much black crap came out of my vehicles. I also have a 2016 Challenger Hellcat and once the engine is broken in I will be up for an oil change. I am not sold on Pennzoil being great because it has never been and I am sure ain't putting AMS oil into a $70K supercharged car. Looks like I'll be back to Mobile 1. Does anyone have any thoughts? No hate; just asking. Thanks Update 5 FEB 2015: Ok so I bought 2 cases of Penn's Ultra Platinum and the 0-41 SRT filter. My research has proven that discolor of AMS oil is no cause for alarm but, AMS oil is not certified for use in the 6.2 Hellcat engine (as for now) but, it's also not harmful according to the AMS oil customer service rep. Mobile one is also not cert'd but there is nothing that I could find that say's it's bad other than testimonies that basically are 50/50 on mobile 1 usage. When in doubt factory OEM out!
