Do the 2015/16 Hellcats come equipped with Wifi hotspot? If yes, then is there a free trial service?
If this has already been addressed before then please direct me to the relevant link. Maybe intercooler can chip in as well.

You have a 1 week trial on the 16's. Not long enough.

That's it?? Lol. I would think at least 3-6 months would help roping in more customers. So the 15's never got the trial. Correct?

If your SRT is 2016 then I think you could activate it I reckon. The 1 week should kick in post activation.

Then, after the trial period expires, the cost for the Wi-Fi Hotspot feature is ridiculous. $9.99/day, $19.99/week and $49.99/month! And this is for a rather slow 3G service. My T-Mobile service offers a Wi-Fi on my 4G LTE network for $10/month through my Galaxy Note 5 device. Faster service, less money and improved portability. I have the portability of taking my Wi-Fi Hotspot wherever my phone can go.

Gay. I'll pass. No wonder I was never told about this option.

I think you need to go on the apps menu and the corresponding wifi hotspot icon. If I'm not mistaken, it prompts you for a password.

It's a shame that they charge so much for the service, but for someone who didn't have cell service or whose cell service didn't have Wi-Fi Hotspot as a feature it could be useful and might be better than no hotspot.

I am self employed in the wholesale grocery business. When I am away from the office I need to be able to create and send invoices to my warehouse manager for deliveries. I can bring my laptop and cell phone when I am away from the office and generate and send invoices to the warehouse. Some cellular providers offer USB modems that connect to their network which virtually accomplishes the same purpose. The portable hotspot was a lifesaver when we were showing our dogs, etc. It was like having a portable office.

It would be great if Dodge would be more competitive with their mobile pricing.

I'm assuming with those silly prices it's an afterthought only made available to add another check to a box.

So if i understand correctly you signed up for an additional wifi(portable) service. Correct? Or are you using T-Mobile's existing 4G/LTE capability and tethering your laptop and other devices via the cellphone?

I have unlimited t-mobile 4G which I was lucky to avail of, during a friends and family promotion last year around Christmas. However if there is a provision for incorporating wifi as an add on service, then that is quite amazing.

I think those USB modems you are alluding to, comes with a stand alone sim/number and independent of the primary number of your cellphone sim. It establishes connection each time it is paired with relevant client devices. I am very intrigued(and have been) by this, to say the least.

Not sure who would consider this when you can simply hotspot from your smartphone.
A better option I wish was offered would be to just add your car to your mobile account as if it were another phone or tablet.

Although I guess it could come in handy for a week or two vacation trip or something.
