I tried a 18x10.5 wheel on the rear and it hit the sway bar. A 17x9 might work as mention here before, but that's too narrow for a 305 tire. I'm not sure if previous SRTs had the same sway bar set up? I'm assuming so and that's why the narrower wheel works. Looks like a 20x10.5 is the widest.

Is there a 9.5 svt rim out there? 9.5 is the stock srt rim.

You can run a 275 tire on the 17x9" rim. Most run a 275 on a 10" rim. I don't think that's gona wide enough to solve traction issues at the track. The 305 is going to get the most tire on the ground with a 10.5 rim.

You just can't jack up the car and place a wheel on to check for clearances, it must have the tire on and down on the pavement to set the suspension , much different hanging in the air, a 17x 9.5 to 10.0 should work, but I would recommend borrowing someone's and test before buying a set.
