Will the Hellcat need a catch can?

    [​IMG] catch can... connects tube from PVC value to intake, catches excess oil vapor... I think I got that right. Had on my RT.

    I would use one. I have found metal flakes in the catch can on my 392

    Really, metal flakes! That just doesn't sound right.

    It happens. I don't think the Hellcat needs a catch can but it wouldn't hurt...unless you get a cheap one

    Yes I have taken pix of flakes in my catch can. I'd hate to have that go through my supercharger

    I looked over the engine,,I can't find where you would put it....if anyone knows, please share....I was also thinking cold air intake.. as it would sit right under the heat vent on the hood

    Custom bracket and put it in front of or on the side if the fuse box on the passenger side or if you go CAI, removing all of that factory plastic will leave some room.

    Mounting it is not the issue,,I don't see where it would go on the engine

    In front of the fuse box to he left of the washer fluid fill

    I thought I read somewhere that it had a "bypass" for the oil blowback similar to the catch can. I run one on my JGC it really works.
