wrapping mirros

    hey I was seeing if there is any one that had there mirrors wrapped I wanna wrap mines to match my hood but the guys that wrapped my hood said because of the shape of the mirrors there will be seams and a may not be satisfied with them ... So if there is any one that did wrap their mirrors please if you can share close up pictures and let me know how you like Em thanks

    That would look sharp! If the seams are unavoidable then perhaps have them put the seams on the bottom of the mirror so it does not show? Just a thought ...

    I had mine wrapped and yes they have a seam. I will take pictures close up today when I get off of work. The seam doesn't really bother me like I thought it would on the mirrors.

    ACW PLASTI-DIPPED MY MIRROR HOUSINGS FOR JUST THAT REASON.

    Does anyone know if the actual mirror just pops off? I was thinking dipping them might be the way to go. I have always had good luck with plasti dip.

    Plasti-dip them. No seams and matches fine.
