Why do some have those yellow markers on bottom of chin and some don't?

They are little plastic pieces that come from the factory to protect the chin spoiler from loading and unloading in transit. Some keep them on because they like the look.

BWoody Performance (forum vendor) offers them in carbon fiber.

Like Hellzya said, they are protectors. I left them on as I was new to the car and wanted to know what I can and can't climb over before I take them off. Then I started to get compliments on them saying that they looked good.

Go figure that the protective cover that they put on the car actually becomes a "cool" accessory. Like they say necessity is the mother of invention. I am keeping them on.

SMFH. Take the factory lens sticker off your phone. Take the styrofoam off the corners of your tv. Unstick the toilet paper from your shoe. Untuck your shirt from your underwear. Take the plastic off your couch. And for dignity's sake, take the temporary splitter guards off your car. Please. It's embarrassing. People think you don't know what they are.
Hondas come over with the hood wrapped in white plastic. Even the ricer folks are smart enough to take that off. Cmon peeps. /facepalm.

That's not true I had someone say they liked the yellow "things" on the front. "It looks sharp" with those, "that is what caught my attention" they said. Granted this was a street squid.

I used them as "training wheels" while I figured out the angles I can take going in and out of driveways, etc. I would rather "F" one of these things up rather than be miserable because I just cheese grated the corner of my splitter!!

I have a green car so they somewhat go?? Maybe...??? I am happy to report they have not touched down yet, the day I take them off will be the day I lunch the splitter guaranteed. LOL

I do keep alot of protective things on electronic devices etc. Maybe it is a quirk I have, an OCD thing or something. I do take my TV's out of the Styrofoam protection atleast.LOL Making some progress there. Two little yellow pieces of plastic on the lower corners of your splitter do not ruin the look of the car. I have met few people that would be able to tell me whether they belong on the car or not. WE all know they don't but Joe F'ng Smoe does not have a clue one way or the other.

No TP on the shoes. LOL

Wow this is a really touchy subject. Okay I will succumb to the peer pressure and take them off. WTF

I guess I should remove all the plastic off the seats and steering wheel as well and the plastic protection on the head unit?

    Just kidding......or am I? HeHeHe
