Just sharing my build and plans...
Shooting for 1000 Wheel eventually but 1000 crank is fine for now.

Car currently has JLT intake, JBA midpipes, PNR Ice tank, Bwoody 3.5" heat exchanger, Ripatuned lower pulley, and I occasionally roll around gutted (No seats or subs) just to try and give the car a little edge.

The car has not been tuned yet but I am getting that done here VERY soon so please don't crucify me
Tuning will be done by True Street Motorsport here in Mckinney

FYI: I HAVE A FRESH SET OF ID1050X'S FOR SALE $700 + SHIPPING PAYPAL ZELLE CASHAPP ACCEPTED

PARTS COMING OR NEEDS REPLACEMENTS:
I'll be running Griptec 2.60(6-7psi) with the ripa tuned 6% lower(1-2psi) so around 19-20psi, pinned crank
ID1300x Injectors with rick tapp dual 295 pumps
Upgraded spark plugs and coil packs
Dynotech 4" aluminum driveshaft 3.09 differential and per4mance brace
Blower spacer plates and thermal blanket
MT ET Street R's 315/50/17
MH bias-ply front runners 28x4.5
Racestar widebody wheels 17x11
Forgestar d5 18x5

I would like to run the ATI 10% lower and 2.65 upper but cant find any buyers for the ripa lower at the moment so I'm just running what I have.

anything I'm missing?

Well, I think I have all the parts I'm just curious about what else someone would add like head studs or any other little things the setup I'm going with I've seen is common among modded e85 cats so just trying to make sure I don't miss anything.

I was tuned by True Street. Been running a similar setup to what you're going to be running. 2.65 upper, 9% IW lower, midpipes, CAI, 1300cc injectors, KB BAP, 180 tstat. On E of course. 905whp & 936wtq. Sure it would've been even a little higher but car had drag radials on the dyno. Tune has been great and car has been incredibly reliable (20k miles tuned so far with 0 issues). Their trans tune left some to be desired though. hopefully they've got better with the trans tuning as this was 3 years ago

Also, look in to the steve white dual pumps. Tapped makes a great set up but you can't really run it hard with less than 1/2 a tank. That's what I'll be going with once I do my next round of mods.

I like your videos btw. Looking forward to seeing what the cat does all set up!

What fuel? Also spinning the blower that hard means a lot of heat and it won't last long. A much more reliable setup would be similar to what I ran, aFe Magnum Stage 2 Intake, Jokerz ported blower, 2.85 upper pulley, ID1300 injectors or FIC 1200 injectors, Injected Engineering dual fuel pumps, FI blower spacers and blanket, Dusterhoff flex tuned and TCM tuned. 892whp on E85 with the ability to run 93 octane without swapping tunes. I also had supporting drivetrain mods, driveshaft, diff brace.

Solid build. I remember you were building your cat around the same time I was, about 2-3 years ago. Never got it why you got rid of it, as obviously you are still around and missing it. the ZL1 is definitely a nice machine, plus I see in your sig you added the Durango, but the challenger has the old muscle car feel that noone else does.

Thank you! Man I can't wait to make this hellcat move like it should be lol really going for 4's in the 60-130 and low 9's at the track, they're a great shop from what I can tell really nice people, and they have 1300+ gt500's definitely no slouches!

@Doublewide hit the important thing I thought of - a trans tune! Often we focus so hard on the power that we don't always dial in the entire drivetrain. All that stuff after the crank matters too!
Trans and motor included in the tune. It's a must when swapping to a 3.09 my car ran slower without one when I initially threw it in before busting the rear end at the motorplex!

I mentioned all this in the original thread E85 and a 55-gallon drum of ONE E R will be at home. I'm aware the stock configuration of the blower and tolerances were not set up for the aftermarket mods to the car and will be either getting replaced (Gen 5 Whipple) or rebuilt by Kong Performance with their billet bearing plate and the other goodies this is just phase one (for me).

What he said. Power is useless if you are spinning or breaking.
Yeah, I had a 4" and already snapped that it is currently getting retubed at a local driveshaft shop near me I mentioned ill be grabbing a per4mance diff brace but ill mostly be doing rolls not trying to kill it all the time at the track but it will be run at them for the nice little events.

4's 60-130 is my ultimate goal too. So far best on the street is 5.51, full weight. Hoping once I port the blower and add longtubes and a bit of weight reduction I'll be there.

Yeah, I'm really trying to make it a roll monster I don't mind the weight reduction (Kirkey seats) though but most of the people local do that and try to pick on the cats and I'm not having it haha gots to represent!

Wondering, why are you swapping the incognito for the ati?

I really don't miss the Challenger Hellcat like I thought I would. I hang around here to help others. I enjoyed it while I had it but I think I always wanted it to handle better than it ever could. The Camaro ZL1 goes fast in a straight line and can turn too, its the complete package. I can't see me ever getting rid of the ZL1. Most people here will never know just how good the 6th Gen Camaro ZL1 really is although on the Camaro forums, I see a lot of former Hellcat owners driving ZL1s now. The Durango Hellcat is nice for a family hauler but it will likely remain mostly stock, we added a JLT intake, catch can and 22" wheels, and that's it.

You're good to go on E85 but the blower still likely won't last long spinning at those speeds. There are still safer ways to get to your target power goal as I laid out for you. That being said, if you desire 1000whp reliably, you're going to want a Gen 5 Whipple or a Magnuson. My .02, I wouldn't run the stock supercharger quite that hard, shoot for around 18psi at the max and then drive it that way until you're ready to swap blowers.

I would do the same. With the ATI, you're getting a high quality damper too. I run an ATI damper and lower pulley on my Camaro ZL1.

That's a good number and you'll see BIG power from the ported blower and headers, likely around 100whp on E85.

The ATI will be pinned to keep the engine safe.
Which with 1000hp is necessary.
I have seen the incognito go up for sale often.
It seems to me it's like Bait and once your hooked for more power you have to change it.

Linda :)
