I wouldn't say a definite no yet. It will depend upon how the wheel is cut, and how rounded the spokes are. A lot of guys found 18s that would fit our CTS-Vs (me included) with room to spare. Tire Rack said no also, but I bought two wheels from them (in their garage) that did fit just fine. The bad part is usually the lower corner of the caliper.

Considering I can't seem to fit my finger between the edge of the caliper and the inside of the rim I'm doubting any wheel smaller than 20 inches is going to fit...
