Will i need a tune for a 180 thermostat on my challenge hellcat

If you want your fans to turn on at proper times and avoid the void then yes

I believe you can go to a 195F thermostat w/o a tune, but 180F may throw codes without.

Most 180's run 181-185 and do not throw codes . If you get one that runs 179 you will throw CELs.

Rockauto Gates HD 180 runs 185 fine in mine no CEL's

I run a 190- no issues , no tune.
But I’m getting a tune and a lower pulley - so I’ll put 180 in when that happens
