Hey guys! I'm trying to order some goodies from metco but would like to know if anyone is running the setup I'm interested in before doing so...

2017 Hellcat Charger A8
BWoody intake
Cat delete
Id1000's
E85
2.4 upper pulley
10% lower

Car will be dyno tuned on dynojet with HP tuners software on stock ecu in Miami, FL.

Let the comments begin!

I don't have any 1st hand experience - but I will vote that you will need ID1300's with that combo...

Handful of quality tuners here on the forum that have proven results. Not sure it's worth the risk of going one off with your own box of parts. Certainly don't need an intake.

I'd search them before considering a homemade package as they seem to have a very good recipes on the Hellcats. Here's a few to search on:
Josh or AJ (Hemituner) @ High Horseman (HHP)
Tim @ Barth Tuning
Skip @ Demon Performance

No affiliation with any of these but I've seen the testaments and timeslips posted.

You need at least id1300 and you are probably reaching critical speed on the supercharger with that pulley combo. With the lower and 2.65 upper it puts you around 19-20psi.

Also need a Bap or a fuel system.
I doubt I need a fuel system. There's cars out there at 1000whp with a stock fuel system just a bap.

Just talk to your tuner since he will ultimately be the one that should guide you through the part selection. Agreed with the bap just putting it out there that you need either or. Remember e85 1000hp to the wheels is different than race gas 1000hp to the wheels. You will need 30% more fuel with e85.

My tuner is a Chevy guy, and not too firmiliar with the hellcat yet. Yes indeed 30% more with e85.

I have personally ran the 2.4 on the factory fuel system. (pump 93) With that said I made more power by switching to a larger upper on the same factory fuel setup. I am now planning to go back to the 2.4 with larger ID1700s and E85.

1Hellcat2Envy If you are worried about how much the ID 1300s are going to cost then I say skip the ATI 10% lower and use that money towards the 1300s. I am like you and I like to jump to the biggest, best, fastest, whatever but please listen to everyone who is telling you that a 2.4 upper and a 10% lower will greatly increase your chances of grenading the supercharger. This could be you if you are not cautious.

I agree, that a 2.65 is the smallest upper I would run with the ATI 10% lower. ...but on the other hand, you would make the same PSI on a 2.4 and could save yourself from the hassle of pinning the crank and spending extra money on the ATI unnecessarily. I still have my ATI sitting in my closet collecting dust, because I feel it isn't needed anymore.

Thanks for the advice. I do have a question I'm a little confused about... a 10% lower pulley with a 2.4 upper will make more boost than a 2.4 upper and a stock lower? Or it's the other way around?
