I’m new to the forum and I’m hoping to get an answer for a specific question. I’m hoping that someone with the same or similar setup can help me out. I am about to install a 2.72 upper pulley with an Incognito lower pulley. I believe I have the correct size belt, but my question is, will I also need to buy a BWoody idle tensioner for possible belt slippage? Thank you and I appreciate the help.

What are you looking to gain or do with an Upper pulley and an incognito lower?

Few things to keep in mind( This is all assuming you are 2.4 Litre Hellcat Supercharger not Redeye)

• If the 2.72 is Litens Hellraiser, manufacturer strongly suggests against any additional tensioner.
• With Incognito Lower which is 6% overdrive my recommendation would be be go with a ATI 7% overdrive offered by MMX( similar pricing) and Pin the lower while at it.
• 2.72 alone is good enough for 93 octane with the addition of the lower its pushing the octane limits but if your car is from a warmer climate never see 20-30F temperature or ur way above sea level it should be alright.
• Belt length u can start with K100586 or K100582 making sure the stock tensioner is in the middle indicator or slightly towards the tighter side.
