Ok so I am new to the drag racing scene but I have a local guy that talks mad crap about all Hellcats. He has a SRT Charger with mods. Always saying he has a 6.1 that will just blow my Challenger away. So my question to everyone who knows the late model Hemi's how crazy is this guy. He acts like the Hellcats are a joke. Can't wait to show this guy what the Hellcats really run like.

ITS very possible the 6.1 is no joke. My jeep goes 11.05 with a procharger on 10 psi

Fastcat, don't take this the wrong way. You say you are new to drag racing? If so you need to respect this car and personally until you know how to handle the black key I'd steer clear of anyone drag racing.

It's the fastest LX in the world and he keeps it street legal LOL
that car is sick! I have learned a lot from Mike over the years. He is a great guy. More than likely he is just messing with you. he like to shock you but his cars are the real deal. My car was copy of his.
Now it's completely different but still hasn't been able to beat his time. LOL

Don't let him rope you in with the Caddy, the Caddy will beat our Hellcats to.

It's just a 6.1 with a Pro Charger F1D and a Direct Port Nitrous with 3.73 gear.

Bigger SC/boost and the Nitrous makes just a tad of difference over a factory stock car.

But that car is a beast and runs some impressive times.
