No, steering settings only apply to non-Hellcat models as they have electric-assist steering vs. hydraulic steering on the Hellcat.

Here is a tip for viewing PDFs in Internet Explorer: Right-click the document and select Marquee Zoom, then right-click it again and select Actual Size.

Or do the preferred method and run ANY browser but Internet Explorer. Firefox, Chrome, Safarai, Opera.. ANYTHING but horrible IE, lol. They all handle PDFs perfectly fine.
