I got a 2015 charger hellcat that snapped a rod and blew a hole in the block, can I buy a newer motor from a 2016+ car and drop it right in? I will be reusing the supercharger and heads and everything else that's not destroyed.

Yes you can use a newer motor. Especially a 2016 as there are no changes between the two years.

Since the op stated he was going to use his blower one would think he would be using his intake also. If the intake tube is being reused then a 2018 motor and blower could also be used.

You can swap in a redeye motor and everything will bolt right up. Just have to get a redeye ecu with it.
