Im gonna get the Snorkel Grille, but I also want it to be functional to my air box. I also Driver Side Air Intake Tube Inlet 68424623AA ? is that all I need?

No problem! it was a really easy install, i think i had it done in maybe two hours. steve white is a great place for parts at a great price or if you know anyone in the auto body trade who can get at cost will be slightly cheaper. Good luck!
