2015 m6 track mode

I’ve done a lot of research and countless thread searching, but for the life of me I cannot find much info on this. I have a ‘15 m6 and as we know you can only custom set the suspension and traction on the m6’s. However, when you put it in the preset ‘track’ mode, the exhaust is ABSOLUTELY louder, with a more amplified tone while cruising at lower RPMs as well. I haven’t been able to point to anywhere that confirms this or talks about the actual effect taking place. Also, the annoying part about it is that you cannot change the suspension out of track mode so you are stuck with a very tight ride and forced to make the trade off for the amazing sound. Does anyone know anything about this or are able to point in a direction of some info. Thanks!
Lou

Can you set up a Custom mode with Traction in Track and Suspension in Street?

Yeah, but only in the preset track mode does the tone change, no combination of custom sets do it. The way I’ve tested it is just switching in and out of preset track while cruising 70 or so. Noticeable sound change. As well as just regular launches and high rpm hits in general

Yup, it's right in the factory tune.
Is there somewhere I can see this talked about or an explanation of it?
