Changing differential fluid (gear oil) on a 2016 Dodge Challenger hellcat. They made it nice and easy with a drain and fill plug. You don't event really have to jack the car up but a little bit to perform this job. Make sure you have friction additive in the replacement fluid! Not a difficult job and something that most people forget about or never even do! Let me know what you liked, any questions you have, and any feedback for my future videos.
The only thing I would add and not just for Hellcats but for ANY vehicle is to remove/loosen the Fill Plug first because if it is stuck and you can't remove it, Do Not Remove the drain plug and you are still able to take it somewhere to help. And not just rear differentials but anything with a Drain and Fill plugs
Excellent point. Luckily the chance of these bolts stipping is quite low but there could always be an idiot who uses an impact gun to WAY overtorque them and that's not good for any bolt.
