I see no reason for a dealer to be not able to issue a von from FCA. It's just going to remain in BA or BX with priority 99 until they get an allocation.

Vons with allocated dealers should move quickly to D as opposed to sitting waiting in BX..

Id call SRT after a while to check on your von. The voucher paperwork says "Dealer may not place an order beyond his allocation."

It's not possible to get a VON in 2016 for a Hellcat without an allocation for one from what I understand. If a dealer can't give you a POC or VON, you are on a paper waiting list.

He said my VON is the same as before.

So without seeing anything I'm assuming VON 33270837‏ first ordered on 1/31/2015 and now reordered on 8/17/2015.

My sales guy said Chrysler re-ordered them on their own so they queue is the same as it was before.

He said my VON is the same as before.

So without seeing anything I'm assuming VON 33270837‏ first ordered on 1/31/2015 and now reordered on 8/17/2015.

I'd say your dealer does not have allotment at this time. He may have allocation in the first 6 month period, but that old VON ain't gunna fly. There was no "reorder on their own".

I think what he's saying is 2015 VONs aren't "rolled over". Orders that were valid but not filled for 2015 are cancelled by the end of the model year production run and need to be resubmitted, when they'll receive another/new VON/POC for valid 2016 Hellcat orders. The order banks for 2016s opened in the US this past Monday (8/17/15).
Again, only the allocated number of orders can be placed by a dealer for the first half of the 2016 model year production run. No orders are entered automatically.
