2016 was a long model year run and saw 11,995 Challengers built compared to 7,168 the year before.

Charger went to 4,025 up from 1,334 the previous year.

lots of decent deals on 16s out there. Just worry to much about supercharger problems but your numbers make sense out of what im seeing

2015 production was short and demand was sky high for 2016 so Dodge overproduced in 2016, then 2017 saw the numbers go back the other way and they were somewhat harder to find again. I think they finally got the demand right in 2018+, then COVID hit and the whole industry took a beating.
