Local dealership has been very helpful and accommodating. verified the issue and has ordered the replacement radio. Interesting how they don't just replace the screen and the entire radio is replaced. that's gotta be expensive. Luckily my portion is 200.
At the end of the day though knowing all of this are they gonna have to Flash the PCM for any reason?
