It will work.
all you need is the start up file from your pcm. Your tuner can pull that and send it to whoever is going to unlock the pcm.
id check with him but Jason at Dusteroff said that today.
I hadn’t thought of that so I checked with him.

Well, I already have mine unlocked and tuned, and the reason for needing a locked hellcat version.
