I purchased a 2019 Dodge Wide Body Challenger Hellcat from an auction. It was a stolen-recovery vehicle. I am having issues with communicating with the DLC connector. I have checked all the fuses. None are blown or missing. Everything seems to work. Does anyone have any suggestions that might help me out?
