Because of numerous reports of Redeye green belt failure, I changed to a black belt. I noticed yesterday some residue under the valve on the front of the SC. As we all know this is a sign of belt slippage.
Well I’ve no idea where my factory green belt is and I need the part number.
Help appreciated.

My Redeye has 26k miles. The green belt has a couple small 1/4' maybe 1/2" threads coming off. Time to change it. I don't feel 26K is bad at all especially with the beatings I've given this car on both road courses and drag strips. Belts are cheap. Engines are not. Just pay attention to everything on these cars.
