These cars have both a front and rear cradle... looks like the rear one has shifted. There are bolts and bushing that mount the cradle to the body. Hopefully the body is not bent.Have a dodge charger 2020 and hit a curb got side ways and now rear axle is way off could it be the whole axle or what? New to this View attachment 603934

Correct. But first get a quote from the dealer BEFORE talking to the insu co. If if costs less than $2k to fix, don't tell insu!Since that is technically an “accident” you can get your comprehensive policy to cover that.
Insurance companies have changed the way they rate, you get three claims now before they start penalizing you.Correct. But first get a quote from the dealer BEFORE talking to the insu co. If if costs less than $2k to fix, don't tell insu!
That would be good, but I'm too old to trust "news" and insu co's. 20 years ago my wife got a ticket for 40 on our street (30 zone) and for 3 years we got a charge for the violation plus lost the "safe driver discount".Insurance companies have changed the way they rate, you get three claims now before they start penalizing you.
Comprehensive? You mean Collision as this is an accident.Since that is technically an “accident” you can get your comprehensive policy to cover that.
New to a powerful car but not new to driving like a dbag. You can always make a YouTube video like the others.Have a dodge charger 2020 and hit a curb got side ways and now rear axle is way off could it be the whole axle or what? New to this View attachment 603934

Yeah SCREW insurance co! Don’t report it, if you can afford to fix it on your own dime…do that! That would be good, but I'm too old to trust "news" and insu co's. 20 years ago my wife got a ticket for 40 on our street (30 zone) and for 3 years we got a charge for the violation plus lost the "safe driver discount".
Never forget, they exist not for your benefit, but to make a profit, as much a possible within the law and regulations. It is nothing personal, it is just business.
I know, I called my insurance company (who I've been with forever) about a claim for a cracked windshield and the woman I always speak to told me about the change. Didn't end up making a claim because it was only $200 above my deductible, but she said that's the way the track now. That would be good, but I'm too old to trust "news" and insu co's. 20 years ago my wife got a ticket for 40 on our street (30 zone) and for 3 years we got a charge for the violation plus lost the "safe driver discount".

Oh it’s going to be way more than 2 grand.Correct. But first get a quote from the dealer BEFORE talking to the insu co. If if costs less than $2k to fix, don't tell insu!
Yeah because we ALL don’t know about it. I get what you are saying just messing with ya .AS others have stated if you can fix it on your own do so... Besides you do not want the "accident" reported on your car fax...
