My suggestion would be, go build that exact car on Dodge.com.
My guess is, you can build a brand new 21 (yes I know they are no longer producing 21's..not the point) and the cost will be at or near $80'sh. A 2022 would be more, but this isnt a 21 or 22.
They want $77k sticker, for a car that's now 2 model years old, with 2 previous owners, pushing just 3k miles.
Is the little bit of savings, worth buying used?
Ask for the car fax. FYI, If the car has had recent issues/repairs,etc, those dont always show up on car fax for sometime.
Id also want it checked & documented thru the dealership, including any recalls, warranty voiding add-ons (like a tune) being present, etc. that could trip you up later.
Dealers seldom if ever give or even know a cars real history, let alone 2 owners worth of history, so dont expect much from them, get it all documented on paper.
This wouldn't be a deal I do site unseen over the web. I'd want to go over it thoughly in person and verify everything they tell/provide you.
Personally, Id pass less it was the exact car I wanted and didnt want to wait for a new one. ymmv.
