Im looking to get 2021 challenger with manual trans and it beem already about 2 months and my dealer still cant order one with manual. Ive tried different delaers but same problem. Does anybody know whats going on? Any date that it would be available to order? Asked dealer but they dont know. Thanks

Nothing official, but at this point in the year with chip shortages, shipping issues, cars still to be built, etc. I think manual transmissions are going to be slim or possibly none.

From what I understand those will be unavailable until beginning of July and possibly not even then. Get you an auto my friend

I called my dealer today who sold me my 16 hellcat manual to try to place a depost for an order, and she was told by her Chrysler rep that manual is not available for order PERIOD.

Seems like at least my dealer's Chrysler contact is unaware.

Really? I was told by a dodge rep july of this year but don't know who to believe anymore. I'll just keep nagging my dealership to keep trying every month I guess. Thanks for the response. 👍

This is like the 20 minute delays on aircraft departures. Then it’s an hour. Then it’s 90 minutes. And on. Instead of just telling you so you can go have a beer, they keep you at the gate.
