2021 Hellcat speedometer needle issue

Hey, first post here. I searched and found a guy with a somewhat similar issue but no solution posted.
I have a 2021 Hellcat Redeye with a speedometer issue. The needle on the analog speedo drops below 0 when the car is at a standstill causing the analog speedo to show 10mph less than the digital one that shows accurate speed.
Anyone come across this and have a fix? Anyone know if the needle is adjustable so it stops correctly?
Wheels and tires are stock, assuming this will be the first question that'll get asked

So it drops below zero when at a standstill only or 10 off all the time? Have you verified the speedo with another source like Waze?

Have you modified the car to the point there is no longer a warranty?

It's always 10 below due to the arrow dropping below 0 when at a standstill. I have verified that the digital speedo is accurate. I'm thinking I need to remove the cover from the cluster to gain access to the needle so I can remove and reseat it

The car is rebuilt so warranty has been void.

Ok, that makes sense.

Is it below zero when the car is off? If it is, try disconnecting the battery. I would determine if an electrical signal is causing the issue or a mechanical issue with the needle before taking it apart.

It is below 0 when the car is off.
