No, these would be for a friend that was looking for some cats just to possibly pass state inspection.

One more reason to leave all the turns that the oem mids require, cut out the cats, gut em, put a straight piece of tubing inside, and to weld em back together and weld them back into the system

I've heard of gutting them but adding tubing is new to me, why ? sound is better ?

Both flow better and sound better ; )

Best would be to chop em off at the radius before the cat and start over (which is why I am looking for some flanges). Get rid of all the turns the cats require to fit and build my system 3” all the way to the tail pipe

HC x pipe 3” or 2.75 like a scat?
