Hello everyone I am new to this forum and I wanted to get some information regarding a hellcat motor swap. I have a 2021 Charger Scat Pack Widebody and from the very brief research I've conducted it seems that the hellcat widebody and scat pack widebody have very similar infrastructure , being 6 piston Brembo's, great suspension, stock 20x11 wheels all around etc. Of course the obvious transmission and motor being different. I am aware of the differences in cooling for the hellcat engines and definitely the upgraded fuel system/ engine harnesses being needed as well.
(from what I expect people buying a 707hp monster and not knowing how to handle that lol) I have found several complete very low miles tran and motors for less than $17k. I know and I've seen people say "just use the money to buy a new hellcat" and I see your point. But I was lucky enough to pick this scatpack up before the car market skyrocketed and was able to get a very good price with all the goodies fully loaded sub 10K miles😁. My logic I guess would be why buy a whole new hellcat when I already have half of a hellcat in my driveway.
Any valuable incite on things I have overlooked and not thought about would be gratefully appreciated. If you or anyone you know who has done a similar project I would like to speak with you
