I recently put in my factory order for a 2022 widebody hellcat charger and was trying to get everything in order before it arrives. What would you recommend for someone who will be daily driving it for the most part. I live in SoCal and it doesn’t rain much and even if it did I’d probably drive a different car. I probably won’t be taking it to the drag strip or track for the most part just on the streets. My main concern is losing traction during 40 rolls and such on the freeway as I’ve heard that can go really bad with stock tires.

Get rid of the stock rear tires and keep them on the side for your next set when your fronts are done. Go with a Nitto 555R2, it’s a pretty well rounded drag radial even for daily use. I had them on my stock Hellcat in a 305-35-20 and to give you a general idea on traction with them, depending on the street surface, I could hook as low as a 30 mph roll with a slight slip and hook. Other poorly street surfaces I could hook around a 40 ish roll. Even if you got caught in the rain with them they were still just fine. I had them set at around 28 psi in the rears. They will improve the aesthetics of the car and look beefy in the rear while putting the power down a lot more effectively than the stock factory tires.

Would those fit on stock wheel size? And also in general would you recommend replacing all of the tires or just the rear?

Yes a 315/35 will fit just fine on the stock 20x11 Wide body Hellcat wheels. You don’t have to change all four tires just the two in the rear with the ones I recommended if a 40 plus roll hit on the street is a major concern. The stock tires up front do just fine.

Makes sense, thank you very much

I didn't think there would be that much of a difference between the Stock Pirelli's and the Michelin PS4 All Seasons, it was immediately noticeable, way more traction, very happy with them for Daily in PNW.

Ceramic coat immediately after you have inspected and taken possession then PPF. Front for sure but PPF as much as you can.
