Hello everyone! My local dealer has informed me that their order books for 2022 Hellcats open up on Monday, so my order should be placed Monday at 8am. Super excited, been waiting for a while now, already can't wait until it arrives. However, I plan on leasing the car once it arrives ( I am a fan of leasing and the ability to either keep the car or try something else after 3 years). I am hearing rumours that 2022 Chargers and Challengers will be orders only, with dealers not receiving allocations for inventory. If this is true, will Dodge lease them? I can swing the finance payment, but obviously want the lower lease payment and I do not want to order the car then find out when it gets here that they won't be able to lease them and I got my hopes up for nothing. Any insight from anybody on here? Thank you!

Check out Dodgegarage Never Lift before you go any further, it may change the way you want to look at your cars build. I haven't heard that about the 22's, I do know they couldn't get 21's except for the ones already made before the chip shortages became a real issue. Dealer stock industry average was about 10% of their actual orders last summer across all production lines. Ask one of the sales guys on HC org, they don't play games with people on here when selling cars as their reputation will be destroyed pretty quickly. They also offer less than MSRP. I'm fairly certain leasing will be an option.

Thank you for the advice! I will reach out to some of them now!

You can lease ANYTHING through various leasing companies. You can lease an airplane if you want. Money factors and residuals change constantly. Promotions change constantly.
When the ALG guide drops on the 22 cars or when Dodge (if Dodge) does a subvented program the leasing payment at the time or order could change by the time the car arrives (2-3 months). Could change for the better, could change for the worse.
