Good hotels and food nearby? We'll have to coordinate next July.I did 3 Wed and 3 Thurs. I could have done more but I didn't see any point in doing a run unless there was a chance for the new run to be better than the previous. When conditions deteriorated I just headed back to the hotel for beer and food!
Damn that's terrible, sure hope he's got insurance coverage for this. The very cool yellow car that looked like a GT40 didn't have a good day.
Hotels, yes. Good, we can talk about that. We bring the dog so our choices are limited. My biggest concern is the car parked in the lot. We're thinking about a B&B next year, higher cost but better for the dog and peace of mind.Good hotels and food nearby? We'll have to coordinate next July.
The barometric air pressure would have been lower on Thursday with the rain coming in the way it did. Did not hear much from anybody else. I believe last September probably was better air. We did have a crosswind and I believe the air may have been cooler.I would have expected more from the RE also. As you know I expected to do better than last year but not. The Ferrari guy (Bob?) said he was much slower this year also. Did you hear anyone else saying anything? Maybe the air was not as good?
What really got my attention is how many bikes did 200+ !!! Not for me!![]()
I'll send a reminder next year when they post the dates so you can arrange your travel! You all are making me sick with envy. A native of NH but now in GA where I can DD my Redeye year round. I was in NH while you were having fun in ME. Wish I could have joined you all. Hopefully there will be other opportunities. Love all the pictures 👍
Thank You. The Redeye will be faster next year for sure!I think what we saw also says a lot about what you accomplished with your 2019.
For those that don't remember, last July AR ran his 2019 non-RE 191.097 in the 1-mi and 203.782 in the 1.5mi.

New PB almost a 9 SECOND PASS ! Ran against a REWB...
Yes it was a very busy day at the last Test and Tune of the year for me. I had waited over 3 weeks for some good weather to hopefully make that 9 second pass. I was parked beside another Hellcat owner who I had met a month ago at one the street nights. He and I were the first 2 cars to go...www.hellcat.org
Quite a successful project!
I wish you the best of luck with the '22!
