Does any one in the know have information about the 2021 model year ordering end date and the 2022MY ordering start date for Dodge Hellcats? Remember the good ol' days when we had Resume Speed on our side...Thank you😆
That's it? October is the 2021 end day and the 2022 begin day? Thanx very helpful!October
The part that doesn't make sense to me is if you place an order for a 2021 in late September and you're delivered a 2021 in late November or December there better be a pretty fat power dollars promotion going on or I'd say no thanx to an already one model year old new car with potentially new color and trim offerings around the corner on the 2022's right? We are on our own now so we do the best we can.
I've seen a few posts saying 2021 order banks will close some time in late September and that makes sense considering the startup dates for 2022.
On the 2022 order banks, Donlen has said all along they will open October 5th and that will probably end up being pretty close. Last year, they opened within a week of when they said they would.

Right, you gotta think it's mostly dealers placing these late orders for stock and to grab any promotional deals from FCA that won't be around for the 2022's at the beginning of the run.The part that doesn't make sense to me is if you place an order for a 2021 in late September and you're delivered a 2021 in late November or December there better be a pretty fat power dollars promotion going on or I'd say no thanx to an already one model year old new car with potentially new color and trim offerings around the corner on the 2022's right?
There's never been anything that I've seen with those early dates. Of course it's always possible for FCA to adjust the schedule but they gave the Oct 5 order banks open and the Dec 6 production start dates to Donlen over 6 months ago and I'm thinking these original dates will be how it works out, but guess we'll just have to see.I was reading earlier from the Dodge Cares Guy post, 2022 order bank opens August 5th with production of 2022's beginning in October.
If you have a deposit down and say no thanks, what happens then? I'm assuming you would lose it unless you can change to the 22 model year and then they would have an extra 21 year car on their lot?The part that doesn't make sense to me is if you place an order for a 2021 in late September and you're delivered a 2021 in late November or December there better be a pretty fat power dollars promotion going on or I'd say no thanx to an already one model year old new car with potentially new color and trim offerings around the corner on the 2022's right?

Do think they will bring back power dollars for the hellcats at least I mean they did power dollars for 2019 models 2020 models and even 2021 models at the end of 2020 during the chip shortage so it would only make sense they do power dollars for 2022 and 2023 models to finnish out the hellcats legacyIt should be interesting to see what FCA does. Sales are really good this year.
Powered by Challenger, Charger and Durango, Dodge brand total sales rose 42% year-over year. Separately, total sales of Challenger rose 52%, Charger rose 95%, and Durango rose 53%. The second quarter was also the best ever quarter for total sales of the Challenger Scat Pack and Charger Scat Pack, and the best retail second quarter for Durango since 2005. The Brotherhood of Muscle will grow stronger on Saturday, August 14, as thousands of automotive enthusiasts attend this year’s ultimate car festival of legal street racing, Roadkill Nights Powered by Dodge at M1 Concourse in Pontiac, Michigan.
Not likely. I suspect, unless something wildly unforeseeable happens the seasonal $2k USD is as good as we're going to see.Do think they will bring back power dollars for the hellcats at least I mean they did power dollars for 2019 models 2020 models and even 2021 models at the end of 2020 during the chip shortage so it would only make sense they do power dollars for 2022 and 2023 models to finnish out the hellcats legacy
thats my only problem with the cats is the weak ass drive train cant even hit the track in DRs without worrying about exploding that weak pos aluminum diff or weak drive shaft fighting an internal battle what to get lol I love the hellcats but at the same time i want a zl1 before they are gone tooNot likely. damn well i guess 2k is better than nothing fingers crossed that something better than the 2k pops up or I might just get a Zl1 tbh they have the cast iron diff and strong ds something you can throw tire on and take to the track a bunch and on top of that the interior is better for the same price idk only reason id take a hellcat over a zl1 right now is that the hellcats getting discontinued forever probably will drive up prices the closer we get to the end of 2023......2 years left clocks ticking for these machines i doubt they will ever make them like the cats ever again
Judging by your grasp of punctuation, you should go with the ZL1.thats my only problem with the cats is the weak ass drive train cant even hit the track in DRs without worrying about exploding that weak pos aluminum diff or weak drive shaft fighting an internal battle what to get lol I love the hellcats but at the same time i want a zl1 before they are gone too
