It's build order code is a 27Q. This is not a unique build code. 27Q is the build code for the standard Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye widebody. In comparison, the Jailbreak has its own build code 27D and the Super Stock has it's own as well 27S. The car this build sheet comes from is on display at Mecum this week. It is a pilot car with the serial number ending in PH500050.

This means in 10 years, you could put stickers on any HCWB challenger and call it a black ghost. The Vin number will tell you nothing. You have to have the window sticker to prove what it is. Like a 69 camaro without the protecto plate.

I was wondering what the 27Q on the Order Guide would be.

Looks like base MSRP $83,645.

Don't know the standard equipment but these are the options showing:

305 Summer Tires
Front Passenger Seat
Rear Seat Option (Cloth)
Rear Seat Delete (Plus)
Driver Convenience Group
Plus Package
Technology Group
Uconnect NAV
Black/Demonic Seats
SRT Black Package
Sunroof

Options show Demonic Red is available but in the Trim section it shows Black only and believe that is correct.

26C - 717hp Jailbreak Widebody
27Z - 807hp Jailbreak

And there's still one more code they haven't used yet, 27M and it's a Redeye standard body so we'll see what that is.

insider info directly from dodge manufacturing in brampton ontario, there are no 717 hp jailbreaks, both jaibreaks standard and widebody have 807 hp and started in 22

makes sense now, hence the confusion, looks like they've listed it wrong, or the manufacturer didn't know as they've told me "hellcat redeye jailbreak" was announced in nov 2021 as the boosted hellcat "redeye" +10hp, never heard of a non-redeye jailbreak model. interesting those 717hp? the list misses the stock hellcat 707 hp also.

Yes this is definitely a new thing for 2023, the 717hp Jailbreaks. And only the A8s are Jailbreaks, if they ever build the M6 those cars will not be Jailbreaks and will have very limited options.
