Does anyone know if this vehicle has 245s all around? Weight? Memory seats? I cannot find a complete list of specs/features...

Yes on the 245's, as that's the widest tire those 9" (prior style Scat Pack) wheels got & the video below shows the standard Goodyear RS-A2 tires the Scats got.
Weight, should be close to the Scat Pack Charger: ~4,400lbs
Yes, it has the memory seats. (buttons on the driver door, in front of the handle)
