I am very happy to say that I submitted my order first thing this morning for a 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Super Stock, fully loaded w/ every available option, and finished in Plum Crazy w/ Satin Black Graphics Package. The Super Stock is ultra-limited this year, as 90% of the Dodge dealers nationwide did not get an allocation. Even the largest Dodge dealers only got (1) Super Stock allocation. This one will stay w/ me for the rest of my life, period. Very excited :p

and everybody wants to know 'what did you pay'? 😁
This is the most amazing part of the story - I got the car for MSRP ($106,985 fully loaded). I have purchased multiple high-end Dodge vehicles from this dealer and he took care of me per usual. He only had one allocation and I got it. I spoke w/ two other dealers who had allocations and they both wanted 30K over. The few allocations that are out there are going to go quick, so if you want one, start searching now.

Maybe I will leave my 2022 SS in the wrap and see what prices do. I have the Demon to drive....

D.
I sold my 2022 Super Stock still in the wrapper for 25K over MSRP. You will do just fine w/ yours!

May be wrong, but these overall figures look mighty low. I’m thinking they’re hedging due to unknown supply chain issues. These numbers may be based on what they’re very confident they can produce based on materials on hand or very confidently expected. Would not surprise me if next year, a few more allocations show up if materials are available.

I completely agree. There is no way they could ever do this with any precision given the current state of the world. They have to be way undercounting so that they can say "hey folks, we heard you, and the team worked REAL hard to create space to make a few more cars!" Even though the legal disclaimer right now says they make no promise to even make the ones currently allocated.

This is why I got my order placed on the morning of the first day the 2023 became available. I feel quite confident that my order will be filled, but time will tell.

Just to add - very similar situation. I have bought multiple high end cars from the same high volume dealer (though didn't know how high volume until yesterday!), just ordered a 392, was on the list for a 909, got some feverish emails from the dealer about ordering "now" even without 909 announced, placed the order on the super stock Wednesday night, found out I had the one and only at that dealer yesterday.

Also paying MSRP (other cars I've bought from there they've let me use my brother in law's employee discount so I've been buying new cars below MSRP for the last few years, including a 2021 Hellcat).

I remain #5 on their list for 909 (first 4 on the list are the dealer owner's buddy who wants to flip them - grr) but I'm thinking zero chance they'll get 5 of them allocated.
