New to this all started with being diagnosed with terminal cancer have always owned high end trucks as owner of business needed. Sooooo wanted a hot rod so ordered 23 Durango Hellcat. Saturday 11/12 I got call from dealer.
Dealer is in small town in Illinois sold crap loads of Vipers in day still sells allot of Hellcats. Went to see him on 5th placed order for fully loaded Durango Hellcat. On Nov 12th I got a call from dealer to come in and make official order I did so at 1pm. Saturday 19th of Nov Dealer called me and attached Order sheet including VN# last 4 4931 I have had multible calls with Dodge no other interior than Black/Demonic Red paid MSRP $106,070 If anyone can help in Process much appreciated

nothing besides good info if anyone hears something let me know.
another note my dealer is well known mopar Broker dealer he told me in beginning all based on 21 Durango Hellcat Sales I was only one he got expecting 6 kind of strange

You were the 50th order issued a VIN but that has no bearing on when it will be built, so I wouldnt state it as "in line" since they dont build them in order of VIN sequence
New to this Placed order for DDHC Loaded Nov 12 got phone call from dealer Nov 19th and e mailed me paper from Dodge with order# and Vin# last 8 PC554931 but when I look up it states no vin# issued is this normal?

It’s a nice idea but it practice it falls short especially when people wish to get information in real time. Everyone wants news as it happens.
I guess that is what you get now in customer service spending $100,000 + went to chain chicken place last night buffet style wanted me to leave tip before I ever sat down! what ever happened to earning customers and being rewarded for good service

So question as businessman why would power broker put in all time, energy and money to be a power broker when all these little ass dealers can get same thing they can. Don't really matter to me I guess but my dealer paid their dues for years on selling Vipers and now they get same treatment as joe blow I guess it says something about Dodge.

I never said anything about big ass dealer look them up Roanoke Dodge but have sold to NBA NFL players in the 50 states no over MSRP great common people If you dont need Durango may want to call them ask for John.

Sounds like a mess, All I know is this is my first time at anything like this but after seeing all issues Kuddo's to my Dealer Roanoke Motors John is the man has text me all the time to let me know where I am at

Just called Case Manager on mine Have VIN But not listed on Tracker is still in D Status, and said I should be "scheduled soon" Back awhile ago Triple_B Had A 2023 Hellcat Tracker Form, Has anyone heard anything back ? seams he really knows what is going on.

Here is problem/ Issue My dealer has sold HellCat Products "Power Broker" most of his life, where is respect from Dodge he got 1 allocation from Dodge on A 2023 DDHC and Now Dodge opens up Alcations to 23 dealers just in Illinois. Spent 3 hours at one of those "alocation" dealers last week spent 2 hours looking at cars in show room not once did I get approched Just scum bags do your research

I finally got my VIN tonight. I added it Triple B’s tracker. Dealership said the VIN just showed up. When I put my VON in the Dodge tracker, it does not show my VIN or any updates yet.
Almost exact same time frame as mine ordered on Nov 12 got VN on Nov 16 still no VN on Tracker, I don't expect one on Tracker from what I understand until Early Feb. If Triple B can come up with something before hand would be bonus, but he can only do what he can do. Lucky to have someone like him with connections.

I actually ordered on Dec. 7th, received my email from Dodge on the 21st with a VON in the email. Funny thing is when I checked the tracker, it says order received on 12-20-2022. I probably should have asked the dealership for the VON before that. My sales rep at the dealership sent me a text with the VIN yesterday. I went ahead and contacted Dodge Cares for an update on the order from their end and I am going to ask the dealership for an updated POC.

I had to wait for several months last year when I ordered my TRX. And then it was one of many stolen while it was waiting to be shipped. A duplicate order was supposed to be "fast tracked" but, shockingly, that didn't happen:) Dealer received two TRX that customers backed out of and I took one. They obviously honored the discount.

I am totally good with sitting back and being patient, but I just want to make sure my order is good to go.
Let me know how Dodge Care request goes have had no luck with that lucky if you can get someone that speaks english, Dealer is best source I have found, but really don't think we are going to hear much for a bit.

I think we are all in for a wait, from what I have seen probably February anything before that from Triple B would be bonus. Don't want to ruffle any fur here but can we share with each other our plans (parts, add ons, stripes, Etc ) that are in the plans once we get our DDHC?

My plan is the same old. First 100 careful miles for breaking in the gears, then the normal break-in. With that out of the way, fluid changes and installation of magnetic drain and level plugs.

Add-ons will also be the normal fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Plus a radar detector, of course. Oh, and the set of lighter, better Michelins left over from the Trackhawk will go on.

Naturally, all depending on if the order results in actually getting a car in the first place.
Pretty well the same here, never thought of Radar detector as use maps with alerts. As this is planned to be my last Hurrah! vehicle been talking to dealer on stage 2 kit, Hurst makes really cool shifter handle and as we own a wrap shop will be doing own stripes with dual red stripe and 3M carbon Fiber, might lower will need to see as roads in Illinois suck.
