Nice to see a lot of the questions and concerns that I have regarding my DDHC order date 11/22/22 VON, 11/26/22 VIN here too. It’s funny that no one, the dealership the brand manager or SRT customer service can give the same answer. Why did Dodge relaunch their tracking web site if it isn’t updated? Got my VIN on the 26th. and the tacking web site only shows the VON. Ask questions all you get is a bunch of lip service, it takes time, the computer systems don’t talk to each other it’s too early. I’m missed the orders for 2021, but I ordered a DDSRT. No Sun roof and lightweight package, rear seAt delete. Now all you can order is the HC premium and plus trims, which include Sun roof. I’m not a fan of Sun roofs had one vehicle with and never again. You can’t even see the baseline trim package to see if maybe the HC has an option for no sunroof and rear seat delete because if you wait too long they might be gone. After years away I’m back with Dodge but it’s terribly frustrating when you can’t get simple questions answered. Sorry to ramble.

2023 Dodge Durango Hellcat
I am happy to say that I placed my order for a new 2023 Dodge Durango Hellcat on 'day one', and already have a VIN. According to my good friend @ the local dealership, he believes that my order was the first one on the books for 2023, with my VIN ending in 000. Either way, I am excited and can't wait to get my hands on it. She will be Destroyer Grey w/ Redline Red/Black stripes, and Demonic Red interior, w/ all available options. I found it interesting that even though I got my VIN, there is no breakdown for price on the POC. I am guessing that prices have gone way up for 2023.

Ya, I stopped my once a week Wednesday call to the dealership and SRT customer service after the 11/26. It will be updated on Dodge’s timelines not mine.

There was one thing i wanted to follow up on, I saw some chats about VIN’s being sequential related to the building of the vehicle, is that true? Does it accurately reflect the number of valid or dealership allocated orders placed for the 23 DDHC. The last thing for what’s it worth, I received a email last night from the Brand Manager regarding a question I had asked back on 11/26 about why the Dodge Tracker doesn’t show my VIN I received from the dealership. Apparently the correct VIN will populate in the tracker system when the build is scheduled. Right now mine comes back to a 89 Jeep even though my insurance company and AAA see a 23 DDHC.

Dodge may want to retool and relaunch the web tracker.
Oh, I do remember now nsane11, I was told by the brand manager that the web tracker will only populate the VIN when the vehicle moves into production. BUT, there are folks that have said they have both VON and VIN on the web tracker. The latest was if you ordered your vehicle from a power broker the web tracker will show both, VON and VIN. Go figure
I agree, I talked to my dealership yesterday and said we won’t see/hear anything positive until mid to late summer, his response and I quote “No there coming pretty fast”.
Isn’t it funny, I immediately responded what does coming pretty fast mean? I guess he fell off planet earth because it’s been crickets. If you don’t know just say so, that goes along way in my book.
Great cowboys1732 better dust off the pillows just in case you’re relegated to the sofa in the living room for a couple of nights. Even though I haven’t got my DDHC yet, and my wife loves her DDSRT, she’s extremely excited and patiently waiting for the DDHC to arrive so it can become hers, she thinks.
Congratulations DDHC-23, I went through my text messages from my dealership (non-power broker) ordered 11/22, here is what they said, “It hasn’t created a ETA Shipping Date just yet but it should be soon I’m thinking by the end of January it should be here”. I’m assuming “here” means at the dealership. If I was a betting man, I wouldn’t bet on that date.
