I've learned to leave the all-weather cars outside. Or at least not in a heated garage. That way there are no chunks of salted ice/slush on the floor in the morning. And supposedly it's kinder to the car from a rust perspective, by avoiding condensation.

Another plus with outside parking is that rain and snow tends to make and keep them clean while parked. Here the outside ones are quite clean while the garaged ones are dusty. Until I temporarily park them outside during a rain or snow storm.

Also, if a car I'd prefer to drive is in the garage, generally I grab one parked outside instead. It's just easier.

Oh, and I can relate to having two. We have several vehicles in pairs, his and hers.

The birds in our area have adopted an unusual activity. They like to land on the door edge and look at their reflection in both side mirrors. There’s marks all over the mirror and crap on both sides of the car. We’ve placed black bags over the mirror but it gets old after awhile. The four car garage is full so three vehicles have to be outside all the time. Thinking about a vinyl appliqué that I can just stick on and peel off quickly. Would be easier.

I'll see your bird crap and raise you one.

One drawback with the carport is that the ravens like to spend the night in the rafters. Takes several rains and/or a fair amount of snowfall to make these things disappear.

That’s some serious bowel movement
Needless to say, I did not like it when the Velvet Red Trackhawk got blobs like that on it.

At this point the ravens have a better understanding of that I don't want them there, and so far without having resorted to shooting.

I these photos you can see that the Cherokee was definitely in the risk zone, even when not subjected to direct hits.

Nice!
I have to be not too far behind based on your dates.
Those dates don't mean anything I still don't have mine and my order was placed on Nov 17th and except on November 19th My order shows built and shipped as of the March 12th and I'm 3 hours away from the plant . My last email I received was It should be to the dealer by the 28th of March but not holding my breath on that . I believe the current time from start to finish is 5 1/2 months

I have no idea. Last I checked, which might be a month ago now, it was still in BX.

Which is fine with me, since I still haven't raised the funds to pay for it.

If ANY ONE of you are in doubt How messed up this system at Dodge is this is best example I can give you:
ordered mine Nov 12th
order accepted Nov 17th
Feb 2 Was told order was cancelled as dealer had no allocation
Feb 9th told whole new VIN car was in production stated this order was put in Nov 25th
March 5th told vehicle was complete scheduled to deliver 3/27
Received car Central Illinois March 14th

So who knows Really screwed up system

Can't really blame Dodge for someone ordering from a dealer without an allocation.
